Please be advised that, by Original Vote and Order (No. 24399), effective December 23, 2009, the Board of Regents, on behalf of the New York State Department of Education, Office of the Professions, accepted and adopted the surrender of the license to practice psychology of Gabriel G. Feldmar, Ph.D. No current business address is available for Dr. Feldmar.

Effective December 23, 2009, Dr. Feldmar is precluded from rendering psychological treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Feldmar for psychological treatment or examinations rendered prior to December 23, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Feldmar regarding psychological treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to December 23, 2009, should not be denied due to the surrender of his license to practice psychology.
