In response to staffing and other changes put in place related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board is updating some processes to ensure timely continuity of programs within the workers' compensation system. Effective immediately, health care providers submitting MG-1, MG-2 or C-4AUTH requests should submit these forms to the insurance carrier's designated email address (if present) as posted on the WCB website, rather than sending them by fax. With many staff members working remotely, requests submitted via fax may not be able to be reviewed in a timely manner.
