Please be advised that by Original Vote and Order (No. 24775), effective November 2, 2009, the New York State Board of Regents on behalf of the New York State Department of Education, Office of the Professions, granted Christopher G. King, D.C., permission to surrender his license to practice as a chiropractor in the State of New York. As a result of this surrender order, Dr. King's name has been stricken from the list of chiropractors authorized to render chiropractic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries and illnesses. No current business address is available for Dr. King.

Effective November 2, 2009, Dr. King is precluded from rendering chiropractic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. King for treatment or examinations rendered prior to November 2, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. King regarding treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to November 2, 2009, should not be denied due to the surrender of his chiropractic license.
